Welcome to LeadStream Hub LLC ("LeadStream Hub", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing any products or services, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

LeadStream Hub LLC provides insurance lead generation services, including but not limited to:

  • Insurance Leads
  • Live Transfers
  • Pre-Closed Applications
  • Marketing & Lead Generation Services

All services are intended for licensed insurance agents, agencies, or authorized representatives.

2. Orders & Campaign Setup

Orders begin processing immediately after payment is successfully received.

Campaign setup may include audience selection, campaign configuration, marketing preparation, lead routing, quality assurance, and internal resource allocation.

Once campaign setup has begun, the order is considered active.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

A refund may be issued only if the customer requests cancellation before any campaign setup, marketing work, or lead generation activity has started.

Once LeadStream Hub LLC has started campaign setup, launched marketing activities, generated leads, scheduled live transfers, allocated resources, or begun fulfilling any portion of the order, no refunds will be issued.

Refund requests submitted after campaign setup has begun will be denied.

Customers agree that campaign preparation constitutes commencement of service.

4. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before campaign setup begins.

If work has already started, cancellation may stop future work but does not create eligibility for a refund.

5. Service Performance & Guarantees

LeadStream Hub LLC is committed to delivering high-quality insurance marketing services. However, the level of guarantee varies depending on the service purchased.

Insurance Leads & Live Transfers

While we strive to provide high-quality, qualified leads and live transfers, LeadStream Hub LLC does not guarantee:

  • Sales or policy placements
  • Appointments kept by prospects
  • Closing ratios
  • Revenue or return on investment (ROI)
  • The eligibility or insurability of every prospect

Results depend on factors outside our control, including the customer's sales process, follow-up efforts, licensing, carrier underwriting decisions, product availability, pricing, and market conditions.

Pre-Closed Applications

For customers purchasing Pre-Closed Applications, LeadStream Hub LLC guarantees that customers will only be charged for approved applications.

LeadStream Hub LLC also guarantees the first month's premium draft for approved applications delivered through this service, subject to the terms of the agreement between the parties.

This guarantee applies only to the specific Pre-Closed Application service and does not extend to any other products or services offered by LeadStream Hub LLC.

6. Lead Quality

We make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality leads generated through compliant marketing practices.

However, LeadStream Hub LLC cannot guarantee that every lead will:

  • Answer the phone
  • Purchase insurance
  • Remain interested
  • Qualify for coverage
  • Be available when contacted

7. Duplicate Leads

Customers should notify us within seven (7) days if they believe a lead is a duplicate.

Duplicate claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved duplicate claims may receive replacement leads at our discretion.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may delay or suspend campaign fulfillment.

9. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact LeadStream Hub LLC before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Submitting a chargeback after services have begun, while continuing to use delivered leads or services, may constitute breach of these Terms.

LeadStream Hub LLC reserves the right to provide campaign records, delivery reports, communications, invoices, timestamps, and other documentation to financial institutions during chargeback investigations.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining required insurance licenses
  • Following all applicable laws and regulations
  • Using leads responsibly
  • Maintaining accurate account information

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, software, and marketing materials remain the property of LeadStream Hub LLC unless otherwise stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadStream Hub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadStream Hub LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

LeadStream Hub LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.
